I'm Jos, an artist, illustrator and tattooer based in the Netherlands, and co-founder of UTCA Tattoo Studio. Temple Isle carries a bit of the rural France I lived in for the past few years.
Temple Isle is where I share my work. Tattoos are still a big part of what I do, but not every drawing is meant to become a tattoo, some work better as a shirt, print or tote bag. Others might become pottery or something completely different. Everything starts with drawing, from there, we'll see!
Most apparel and prints are produced on demand to avoid unnecessary overproduction. Other work is made in small quantities whenever it's ready. Whether it ends up as a tattoo, paper or somewhere else entirely, it all starts the same way.

Are your products made to order?
Most apparel and prints are made to order to reduce unnecessary overproduction. Other pieces are released in small batches.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Temple Isle ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Production usually takes a few business days before your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For full details, please see the Return Policy.
Are all designs available as tattoos?
Not always. Some designs work better as clothing, prints or objects. If there's one you'd like tattooed, send me a DM on Instagram or use the contact form and I'll let you know what's possible.
Who makes the products?
Every design starts with my own drawings. Apparel and most prints are produced by carefully selected production partners to ensure consistent quality. Original artwork, one-off pieces and small collections are entirely created by me.
